By accessing this section two historical bicycles with
large front wheel installed in hanging position will
catch your attention. The birth time of these specific
high "boneshakers", dates back to the second
half of the 19th century. The first small bicycles so
called safety, came from England and we can see
their German counterpart under the brand Brennabor
from 1888. The chassis of the first motorcycles was
not different from the normal form of the bicycles, but
there were also exceptions. One of them is English tricycle
Ariel from 1900. The French Terrote and German Juho are samples
with the belt drive of the rear wheel, which some producers produced till
the end of the twenties years.

The presented square -bodied automobiles: Laurin and Klement, Tatra,
Škoda, Praga are famous brands of Czechoslovak interwar production.
Picollo is a popular type of Škoda´s production, by which the factory changed
its character to folk car producer, but there was a similar trend also
after 1934, when its model Popularwas introduced. In the next section are
located stable engines Lorenz
and Benz used for direct
combustion of kero sene,
which have a long tradition
in using for useful work on farms and in processing wood for driving
of various aggregates.
A romantic stroll through the museum is accompanied by contemporary
advertisings, posters, but also objects and devices that previous generations
might have seen in our streets: contemporary petrol pump, bus-stop
sign, parking table, electric car accessories etc.
The following steps introduce visitors the cars and motorcycles of domestic
and foreign interwar production. The legendary Ford T, as unforgettable
props of silent film era, of which were made over fifteen million
pieces in the years 1908–1927. Henry Ford has put into practice a flow car
production. The black "Tin Lizzie" as Ford T was called, became the world
famous thanks to its extraordinary resistance to rough handling and
bad roads.
The Fiat brand is represented by small cars, sporty open Balila
and subcompact Topolino with hard body roof. The
wreck of larger model Fiat 520 is an example of how devastated
finding can be the basis for the birth of
a beautiful historic car.
The attraction in this section is lorry Škoda Sentinel
from 1932, remarkable for its steam-driving. Mercedes
– Benz is presented by the type 320 Roadster
from 1937, also Gräf & Stift automobile from 1930 is
exposed there. One of the largest and most expensive
cars of the Czechoslovak interwar production is six-cylinder
Praga Golden – from 1937, it is in the state before renovation.
The automobiles: JAWA Minor, Aero 662 was the most
used type of two-stroke twin engine Aero in roadster form with an opening
awning and the seats 2 +1.
The diorama of historical workshop used for repair of motor vehicles is
equipped with contemporary facilities. For fans of single-track vehicles,
there is a black Sunbeamof English production from 1930, beside is a typical
representative of the American motorcycle school, a massive twincylinder
Indian 750 cm3, originating from the end of the thirties, also
a motorcycle Ogar 4 from 1938, Harley – Davidson
WLC – 42 from 1942 Also remarkable in the number
of motorcycle brands are machines with metal wheel
disks Čechie – Böhmerland, which outpaced the development
for over half of century, produced in the
borderland of North Bohemia between 1925–1939.
